Cynthia moves to Pennsylvania and writes about being nostalgic for New York City where she was born. With photographs, illustrations, lists, and sometimes handwritten prose, she shares her family history and some of her favorite memories about old places in the quickly-changing area of Brooklyn, and details a conversation with her uncle who remembers the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in the 1940s.
