Female-identified inmates in correctional facilities across the United States contribute articles, poetry, and art to this zine devoted to the injustices of the prison system specific to women. Women who contribute are often mothers, who write about being separated from their children. Contributors also discuss volunteering while in prison, sexual minority and trans* activist prisoner support, mental illness, navigating the confusing legal system, giving birth behind bars, being survivors of rape, and the injustice and brutality often found within prisons.
