Summary
Melonie's perzine includes a lot of collage and stories about growing up. When she published issue 5, the 20-year-old queer college student lived in Montreal and visited her New Zealand home. Her zines include movie and zine reviews, as well as stories about friends, LGBTQ people in society, and journal entries about art and zines. In issue 7 Melonie writes mostly about the differences between Halifax and New Zealand (where she grew up) in this cut-and-paste, illustrated perzine. She includes a "feminine quiz," draws cartoons about her friends, and contemplates God. Issue 7 contains a mini "bye-bye zine" stapled to the back.
