Ciara of the Boy Magnet zine label fills her zine with ads for other girl zines and her thoughts on the patriarchy. In issue 3 she and a friend deconstruct the sexism in a copy of YM Magazine and interviewing people in the mall about it. She includes fiction about a girl going to college and reviews Pulp Fiction, books by Poppy Z. Brite, Saved by the Bell, and zines. There is an advertisement for a girl convention slumber party, photos from the author's childhood, and writings about girl love, racism, being pro choice, and conforming to society. Issue 4 has articles on negative male roles in movies, being against the prom mentality, why she hates the band God Lives Underwater, watching the Olympic Torch be carried through Georgia, and includes her thoughts on religion, reincarnation, ghosts, dressing alternatively for attention, her backpack, and the lack of women in mainstream rock music. She also reviews the movie "To Wong Fu, Thanks for everything, Julie Newmar," the book "Please Kill Me," zines.
